Data delivery

MDRM supports the entire process from data collection to distribution. While simultaneously safeguarding privacy and security in every step of the way.

MRDM supports multiple routes for data-entry:

  • Manual data entry
  • Batch
  • EMR connect

Survey (Manual data entry)

Next to our connectivity services, we provide manual data entry options. Our webforms are mainly used by practitioners and researchers for clinical data entry. The webforms are accessible from any device and contain advanced validation techniques to ensure data quality.

Batch

MRDM actively empowers re-using existing data flows to limit the administrative burden. When possible, MRDM uses primary sources and systems.

This service (secure batch upload facility) offers the possibility to upload data to the platform.

Health care providers can make use of different batch-specification formats for setting up the batch delivery:

  • CRF: readable format of registry, designed as a questionnaire
  • Data dictionary: file with the structure and content of a registry in Excel to support batch-uploads via .CSV
  • XML: set expressed in machine readable format (XML)

EMR connect

MRDM actively empowers re-using existing data flows to limit the administrative burden. When possible, MRDM uses primary sources and systems.

This service supports data transport between EMR systems and the MRDM platform. Datasets are typically used in clinical registries.
